Standard cancellation policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies Paid registrations canceled in writing at least 60 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a $100 service fee. Paid registrations canceled in writing 59 to 30 days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time at a fee of $100.00 USD.
